Gettin' your Om on and the benefits of Yin Yoga.

What is Ayurveda?

An Indian natural healing system that consists of a number of disciplines, including aromatherapy, diet, herbal medicine, acupuncture, yoga, massage, meditation and balancing of energies.    Ayurvedic medicine is entirely holistic and creates harmony between the body, mind, and spirit.  Ayurveda translated from Sanskrit means "the science of life"   Ayurveda reminds us that our health is all balanced and a direct connection between our environment, body, mind, and spirit. photo credit: ...
