a bit about me: I am a culinary trained chef with over 20 years of experience in restaurants and catering companies around the country. For the last 16 years, I have been a private chef working all over the world cooking for high-end clients on their yachts ranging from 100ft-265ft and in gorgeous private estates. I love to travel and have been on the seas for many years, loving the yachting lifestyle.
I lovvvvve entertaining and would bring my attention to detail from the table setting, decor, menu planning and presentation to your intimate event.
I enjoying cooking all types of cuisine but LOVE healthy clean food ranging from Mediterranean, California, gluten-free, plant-based and raw foods. I am a bit of a flexitarian!
I use locally grown produce whenever possible and source sustainable meats and seafood. I love learning new techniques and discovering new flavors whilst holding on to the classics and giving them my own healthy spin.
